Family Fire Pit


This is a fairly simple task. I simply wrap the meat in cheese cloth and then wrap it in aluminum foil. Then I place the wrapped turkey inside an aluminum pan and onto the cooking table. Now, one of the down sides to cooking meat in this way is that the skin of the turkey, for example, doesn't get browned. However, I have found that if you add a little butter to the meat before wrapping it up that the butter does brown and then when you take the turkey out it doesn't look quite so pale.
